Story is the song line of a person’s life. We need to sing it and we need someone to hear the singing. Story told, story heard, story written, story read, create the web of life in words.

Once Upon a Time… and the Time Is NOW: Sharing Story and Building Community

Story connects us in powerful ways. Christina Baldwin (2005) states that “story told, story heard create the web of life in words.” The sharing of story allows us to understand and make sense of our world, and connect us with our community and ourselves. This lively keynote/workshop will explore the role of storytelling and listening in helping us to open to one another and connect to our humanity. Audiences will experience how story sharing is an excellent resource for team building, for developing and enhancing social and communication skills, and encouraging creativity. This is a lively, practical presentation for building trust and openness.
